Product: hp pavilion x360 convertible 11-u001ns
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i'm trying to prepare for upgrading the ram on an hp pavilion x360 convertible 11-u001ns from 4gbto 8gb but don't know how many slots or what kind of ram DDR3/DDR4 to start looking for.


Would appreciate enormously if someone could help, thanks in advance.

Hey, 

 

I checked your specs (https://support.hp.com/sk-en/document/c05165013) and it seems that you have only 1 slot for RAM

So if you want to upgrade from 4 to 8Gigs, you have to buy 8GB RAM and replace your old one.

 

Be sure to buy DDR3 1600Mhz SDRAM
