Hi 

i tried to upgrade the Ram from 8Gb to 16 Gb but with the new Sodim doesn´t workdimm.jpg

what can i do ?

all system is updated with HP Support Assistant

I question the spec of the replacement, the original should be..

The HP Inc. 820571-001 memory chip specifications are as follows:

Manufacturer: HP Inc. OEM Part #: 820571-001
Chip Description: 16GB, 2133MHz, DDR4-2133 PC4-17000, 260p SODIMM, 1.2v

after verified in the manufater site i realize that my supplier sold me a chinese copy because the manufater doesn´t have this 16Gb module.
