Greetings to masters in this field, and who have more knowledge about this notebook.

in this notebook series why only the heatsink with a size of 1mm? whereas on the mainboard embedded socket which I think can be used for cooling fan, it says 4pin. is it from the factory only heatsink with that size or am I in a shop? and what I want to ask is whether this notebook series can use a cooling fan and also a conventional heatsink like a laptop in general?

I expect answers from experienced masters who see my type.

Greetings,

Your machine has AMD Dual-Core E2-9000e which is a low-entry CPU (at the bottom end). This CPU generate 6Watts. Many HP machines with 6W CPU's (AMD or Intel) normally won't have fan, they are fan less machines.

Please use the following manual (page 49) to get part # for fan if you wish

ooo ... so that's how it is, master. what makes me curious is the empty socket that is embedded on the mainboard, and I expect it could be for a cooling fan.

Thank you, Master, for your time and information.
