Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

 

I just need one more extra 4gb ram to upgrade  the 14-df0023cl to 8gb.

Can any one tell me that if there is any way to find the ram that matchs the oem came with the system. Witch is kingston HP26D4S9S1ME-4. I've been google that for hours and found nothing. Please help, thanks!

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

I see you need help in upgrading the Ram, on HP Notebook - 14-df0023cl. Don't worry as I have a few suggestions which should help you.

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you can purchase DDR4-2400 dual channel support ram.

Note: the brand name might be different.

Note: Upon connecting with HP support for this computer, I was told that any HW upgrade (including memory)  invalidates the HP  warrenty. You might want to consider that.
