replace battery

Hello

I got the new battery for the laptop vectre x360 15

and have problems to open the case

I took out 4 screws in lateral part of laptop and 2 long scew from the upper part.

then i found a big gray wheel behind the plastic supporters

I guess i need to take out the plastic rounded wheels

ther eis any tools to rake out the wheels ?

ot how i can take out eithout breaking the computer ?

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
