replacement of ssd mSATA drive

Can I replace factory SSD mSATA 8Gb (which is used like cache drive) with new one with bigger size and use it like main drive for operating system

Only if it is the only drive in the laptop. If there is a drive attached to the 2.5 inch bay, the mSSD cache drive cannot be made to be the boot disk. 

Those mSATA mSSD cache disks are not any faster than a 2.5 inch SATA SSD so your easiest way to have decent capacity and decent speed is to install a 2.5 inch SATA SSD such as the Samsung 850 Evo in place of the mechanical hard drive. 

I have seen the mSATA mSSD mini-disks at up to 256 gigs but they are hard to find in that size. Most are 24 or 32 gigs.

So there is no solution to install both ssd and hdd in this laptop. I mean common pair ssd for disk C with OS and hdd for games, movies and other data as disk D. Is this problem on hardware level? Same bus or other problem?

More a physical problem that there is just no place to put two 2.5 inch drives. You could put a disk in that mSATA mSSD slot and not use the Intel Rapid Storage to accelerate the hard drive and use it as a separate storage disk. But if the biggest such disk is 256 gigs it is not much of a storage disk and would be expensive per gig of storage. 

If I recall that model there is no an internal optical drive where you could use an optical bay hard drive adapter, right?
