I bought this HP Envy x360 in April 2022 and using it since then until few days back its right hinge popped out and broke my screen. i do not know what to do now, got the quotation from HP which is the price for a new laptop. Help me understand how is this my fault when this is all structural problem of this system and also i came to know about the issue is not only with my laptop but this HP envy series is having the same issue. Why HP is not accepting this as their fault and resolve the customers issue. Any help from HP would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
