i got envy spectre moldel 14-3010 NR , the battery get hot almost explosive, the back cover blowing out , i doesen't know it's normally or safety issue , someone got the same problem please let the HP company known about it's ?! technical or customer support please let me know ASAP to find the best solution !?

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
