Hello I have a problem with the sd card reader .when i insert the sd card no sound no action, but the sd card is working on other laptop .please tell me what I need to do .Thank you .

  Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88001-88500/sp88219.exe
