Product: HP Chromebook - 14a-na0010nr

I got my chrome book in 2020 and the paint is already chipping and rubbing off the corner somehow chipped but it rarely leaves my desk. the paint is rubbing off where the hard plastic border around the screen touches the bottom and you can see a ring around the bottom where the paint is rubbing off. I don't think this should be happening to a 2-year-old Chromebook. is there anything you can do? I got it in May of 2020.
