### Initial Problem

My HP laptop developed bulging pixels on the display, indicating a factory defect rather than user damage.

### Warranty Expectation

I was informed by HP support that this issue would be addressed with a warranty replacement. I was also told that I would receive an email about the required part.

### Support Conversation

In a WhatsApp chat, the HP representative initially asked if I wanted a quotation for the part. They then corrected themselves and asked if I wanted to proceed on a chargeable basis. I clarified that the laptop was damaged due to a factory defect and that I had been informed it would be replaced. The representative then stated that the issue would not be covered under warranty and offered paid support instead.

### Conflict

HP support is now denying warranty coverage, despite their earlier acknowledgment that the damage was factory-related and that it would be resolved with a replacement. Additionally, I have not received the promised email regarding the part.
