I am experiencing intermittent functionality with certain keys on my HP x360 Envy 13 ay0006au laptop's keyboard. The affected keys do not respond consistently, impacting my ability to use the laptop effectively. This issue occurs without any apparent pattern and persists despite basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the laptop and checking for driver updates.please help diagnose and resolve this problem

Consider performing a thorough cleaning of the keyboard and running the HP Hardware Diagnostics tool. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to consult a professional technician for a potential hardware replacement.
