Product: Spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, I experience overheating on my Spectre x360 13 when I play some games. What worries me, is that according to SpeedFan software only one fan is working (screenshot). Is it normal?
Thank you, Thomas

I have exactly the same issue, can the solution be shared here? My laptop is constantly shutting down now after months of one fan being constantly on at high speed while the second fan doesn't work at all. I have the 15 inch x360 model and I am connected via Thunderbolt to an external 4k screen.
