HP Notebook - 15-bs015dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am planning to upgrade to SSD and my ram so I was wondering does my laptop support nvme m,2 SSD I checked the manual it says it does but needs an adapter and a connector
so does that mean I have to buy those 2 parts before installing my m.2 SSD

and my second question is my ram is 8GB Samsung 2133MHz do I need to have the exact ram what if I can't find the ram from Samsung and install the same ram from different manufacture will I face some kind of problem is it recommended?

Hi:

Your notebook's M.2 slot supports SATA SSD's only, not NVMe.

There is a M.2 slot already installed in your notebook.

You can install a compatible memory chip along with the Samsung memory.

This is the compatible memory chip I recommend for your notebook.
