When I want to star-up my laptop, all is see is a black screen. I hear my fans turning but nothing is happening. I already tried to update my BIOS by pressing the windows + B button, but he failed every time.
I have also pressed escape to do a system recovery (F11) but than i get the fault "MACHINE CHECK EXCEPTION."
I bought my laptop 2 months ago.

I suggest creating an HP Cloud Recovery usb flash drive on another PC to recover your notebook. You will need a blank 32 GB USB flash drive.
HP Cloud Recovery utility

HP Cloud Recovery document

The Machine stop check is a driver hardware compatibility issue.
Using the Windows key + B is not a method of updating the BIOS. That is a keystroke for recovering a corrupt BIOS.
Here is the Support portal for your notebook.
