HP Pavilion - 15-cs0053cl
Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP pavilion 15 cs0xxx for almost 3-4 years. currently, I reinstalled the OS because the PC became too slow. After that, I faced the issue of shutting down the PC when the battery level comes to 20%.  At first, the system will show the warning message, plug the pc into the charger, and pc will turn on battery saver mode. But now the pc automatically shutdowns without any warning. I'm using the pc always connected with a power cable. What should I have to do? help me out!
