HP Spectre 360 13-4103dx

The touch screen feature has stopped working on my HP Spectre 360 13-4103dx.  Called Tech Support, ran tests, ultimately determined that this is a hardware issue, not software... but HP states they no longer provide hardware support for this model, meaning they don't have the necessary parts.  The screen itself is intact and appears fine- no cracks or breaks anywhere, so I wonder if it's just a connectivity issue.  Anyone have experience fixing this themselves or have any leads on a reliable repair company?  I really don't know what to do with the fact that HP has discontinued hardware support for my device; apparently they only provide support for 4-5 years.  Convenient for them that my device breaks just outside that window...
