good morning, this is the third time I'm trying to get assistance with my laptop. Last year after a month of having my laptop I had to ship it in because something is wrong with the hard drive. Now when i received it everything was fine for three weeks, do to the pandemic i was told no one can help me. Being that this is an ongoing issue I would like my laptop fixed please. Last time they sent me a box and i had to ship back. Please help me with my laptop i need it for school purposes and this is holding me back. thank you have a great day. please help me !

@carennmelissa If its the same issue that had occurred previously, HP should be able to repair it under the 90 day repair warranty and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
