I purchased HP Care pack after my existing warranty expired. After nothing happened except for losing 200 bucks, i finally found the link to register to product. Have no clue whether the PDF of the receipt = the required proof of purchase (in addition to the order/invoice #). How long does it take to activate the Care Pack? I have been on hold for 4 hours out of stubbornness but assume that no one works there.
Any help on registering this or whether I need to go to small claims court for my refund would be appreciated.
