i am unable to update my graphics driver,so i went on intel website and downloaded  a update for my graphics driver but  when i ran the update it is showing error.i attach a screenshot of my errorScreenshot 2022-12-26 185324.png

You can only update by the manufacturer (in this case HP) of your device, because it is a special driverversion only given by HP i think.

Hi, @14323 

 

You can only update the Intel graphics driver from the Intel site if your notebook only has the onboard Intel graphics.

 

If it has the Intel/AMD switchable graphics, you cannot install the latest Intel graphics driver from the Intel site.

 

If your notebook only has the onboard Intel graphics, see my knowledge base article at the link below for how to manually update the Intel graphics driver to the latest version.
