upgrade ram on a HP 15-f271wm

i only have 4gb of ram and was going to upgrade it to 8gb but when i took the door off the bottem there is only 1 slot for the ram i wanted to know if there is a space that i dont see

You're right, laptops with Pentium processor has a single socket, you have to replace 4 GB to 8 GB single module.

KVR16LS11/8 is not compatible because it Kingston ValueRAM

You need Kingston KTH-X3CL/8G because it is the equivalent of the original HP on the manual for your laptop (page 30)

How much of an upgrade you can get for that laptop?

It says 1 user accessible. On the computer it says that there is 2 slots. Is there one hidden under the plastic somewhere maybe.

There is only one slot to upgrade the memory. The most that it is capable of running is 8gb. I found this website when I was doing a similar search.
