is it possible to upgrade ram/Storage on my Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fb0075nr (685L4UA) i have 12gbs of ram and it is not enough and i also have less then 512gbs of storage which is very low and was wondering if i could upgrade and what would be good recommendations of upgradeability.

Yes, you can upgrade both the memory and install a larger capacity NVMe SSD after removing the 512 GB model.

 

The Crucial memory/SSD report provides you with some options for upgrades.

Ok when i get new storage device how do i transfer data from the old ssd to the new one?

You can clone the existing drive's contents with cloning software.

 

If you buy a Samsung NVMe SSD you can use the Samsung Magician software for example.

 

I believe that Crucial drives also have cloning software available.

 

You will also need to purchase a USB3/USB-C to NVMe adapter to temporarily install the new SSD in so you can clone to it.

 

Something like this:

 

SSK Aluminum M.2 NVME SATA SSD Enclosure Adapter, USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) to NVME PCI-E SATA M-Key/(...
