Hi @Sharn_S,

I reviewed your post and understand that you want to increase the video memory on your computer.
I’d love to help!
I would like to inform you that video memory on your computer is system managed and there is no setting or option to increase or decrease it.
I checked the specifications of your computer and see that your computer supports Max 16GB memory. You can upgrade the memory on the computer to improve the performance.
Please refer to the below service guide for more information.
You can follow the below steps to improve the graphics performance.
- Right click on your desktop and AMD Radeon Catalyst Control Center. This will open the AMD Radeon Catalyst Control Center Panel.
- Go to Graphics > PowerPlay - Set Plugged in and Battery to Maximum Performance. Click Apply.
- Go to Graphics > 3D and move the slider across to Performance so it is set for Optimal Performance. Click Apply.
- If your Catalyst Control Center has the Switchable Graphics tab go there and browse to locate seratovideo.exe and set it for High Performance. Click Apply. Do the same for your host Serato software also - Scratch Live, Serato DJ or ITCH.
- Re-start your computer and check.
Let me know how it goes. Awaiting your reply!
