i have hp bs123ne laptop, i want to upgrade it storage. it have (m.2) port but i want to know it support m.2 sata III ssd or NVMe™ M.2 SSD ?

Yes as per the Service Guide, the HP bs123ne Notebook supports M.2 SATA III

As per the Service Guide, here is a list of supported SSD Hard drives and their configurations & type

According to your guidance my laptop not support ssd m.2 NVME technology, it support only m.2 sata III olny
