Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista
i just got my laptop running its running win vista 32 bit it is slow and i know that vista is no more i was wondering how to upgrade it to either win 8.1 or win 10 i tried to get win 7 to install so i could try going from there but some reason it wont do it i also am aware the 7 is no longer supported but i cant afford the cost of the ios new and cant seem to find anyway to do it online would like to be able to use the computer that needs upgrading to do it so its on the pc and then i can burn it if i have too tia

@karenz64 I'm afraid neither HP nor Microsoft offers any free versions of Windows as of now, the only way to get one is by paying for it, that said, please ensure the OS of your choice is compatible with your device, considering its an old configuration, the system requirements need to meet as well.
