i have the hp probook 440 g6 with a pentium 5405 u witch is the lowest range processor for this model, i recived it as a school computer from the school and i want to beef it up. i installed a second ram stick and i now have 16gb of ram. my problem now is that the cpu is bottelnecking, if i buy a motherboard from a Intel i7-8565U, will it fit? for example something like this https://h5.aliexpress.com/item/4000542290908.html
Thanks

Hello, I don't think it is a good idea to replace a motherboard in a notebook:
- it is very expansive in a "reliable" site
- you can buy it in Aliexpress but you can have problems with the motherboard
- after replace you can have problems with Windows Activation, and need to buy an other licence, if you use Windows.
If you really want to replace your motherboard, you need to disassemble all the PC, see your maintenance guide page 62:
