What is your HP Laptop 14-fq0xxx machine ? For example
HP Laptop - 14s-fq0013dx (14/14s) are the same)
The above machine also has 4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB).
You can use compatible RAM such as : Crucial 16GB

No, normally it is HP 14-fq0xxxaa (xxx=000 to 999 and aa=aa to zz for country or area code (sometimes 3 letters). Please use the following way to find out:
