want to know if I am able to add a internal hard drive to this laptop and how to if possible.

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have  256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD hard drive installed on the PC and your computer support 512 GB, PCIe.
