Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598U8AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought a Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fb0050AX (6F9V1PA) online on 17-11-2024. Its order ID is OD432868443397324100 and invoice number is FASGHE2500000419. The bundled warranty as well as the factory warranty ended on December 29, 2024, but the laptop is less than a year old.

I wilinvoicehttp://support.hp.com/us-en/warrantyresult/victus-by-hp-15.6-inch-gaming-laptop-15-fb0000/2101128966... l enclose my invoice and the link to HP's warranty page. What should I do to extend my warranty?"

Hello.

First of all, you shouldn't post personal details in here, or anywhere public really.

HP computers have a default warranty start date based on date of manufacturing, but of course HP honours the date when the laptop was actually bought. HP is not informed of sales at the shops so it does not know when any particular computer is sold.

This warranty period can be disputed at the same warranty status page you already linked to. There is a small dispute link at the bottom of the results. Please follow the instructions described in "HP PCs, printers - Dispute a warranty status" article.
