Depends on if and when the standard warranty expired. I believe you can get new warranty coverage within 30 days of original warranty expiration.

the org warrnrty ended 2 years ago.
I wanted to buy it now.
as when i got my laptop proccsed. the 2 of 4 USB ports werent working (after the repairs in warrnty )
Tried to contact HP live chat but they didnt answer it

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
