Dear HP Support Team,
I recently purchased a brand-new HP Victus 15.6" Gaming Laptop (15-fa1000 series) from Flipkart. However, when I checked the warranty status on the HP support website, it shows the warranty as expired, with the coverage type listed as "Factory."
Please find the details of my laptop and purchase below:
