Product: Pavilion power laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this Pavilion Power Laptop in Bangkok in February 2017 with 2 year international warranty. The HP support website clearly states that my warranty is still valid till February 2020. I am in Italy now ( July 2019) and have a hard disc problem. HP Italy refuses service as in Italy the warranty is 1 year. Even phone assistance is refused. How can I get my laptop repaired under warranty ?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
