Hp pavilion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased brand new HP pavilion x 360. From the beginning I have noticed a weird noise (some kind of grunting sound) coming from the fan of the laptop while I tilted or moved the laptop. Is that noise normal?

Thank you for your answer.

Hi.

No.

It is not normal.

That sounds like an issue with the Processor fan.

It can only be resolved by replacement of the processor fan.

Is your notebook still in warranty?

Yes it is a brand new laptop and it is still in warranty.

Is that a common issue for x360 hp laptops?

Thank you for your answer. Lucie.
