I want to know what screw this notebook use in order for me to open it for a ram upgrade. it does have 2 ram slots right correct me if wrong. this notebook currently has 4gb DDR4 so I'm going buy another 4gb DDR4 and insert it into the 2nd ram slot so in order to do that I need to know its screw info thank you for answering me if you did. if you got a tip for me would be more than happy to listen to your information.

Go to support.hp.com and download the maintenance and service guide. This will show how to open and provide supported memory formatz
