it takes me a while to download these games then when I try to play them they just crash -_-

From the specs I could find, this is an "entry level" notebook -- certainly not a GAMING notebook -- as even the cheapest of those cost well over $1000 USD. And to run any of the modern games, you need one more in the $2000-3000 range. Not surprised this model will not run any modern games.
