Hello.
Some of the keys of the keyboard worked poorly at first, now they don't work at all. Keys are e.g. Spacebar, Tab, Arrow Left, F3+4,....
With an external keyboard, everything works. I have the feeling that more keys will follow now. Does anyone have any idea what that could be?

Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on and press F2 to run diagnostics.
If the keys fail during diagnostics it is a hardware problem so

and

Or contact the closest authorized service center
If not in warranty Laptop keys can be replaced. Some models are more difficult than others. Usually it is easier to replace a key or two than the keyboard.
