zxcv keys are not working on my laptop, neither is shift ctrl alt on the left hand side. however, when I use ctrl + a or ctrl + alt + delete (on the left hand side) the commands seem to work fine. I cannot use shift on the left side to captalise a letter. but when on google chrome ctrl + shift + t work to open a new tab (using ctrl and shift from the left side). please help and advise me what to do? my laptop was working fine up until recently when these letters and commands stopped working. I have tried to uninstall the drivers but it does not fix the problem and when troubleshooting windows says my keyboard is working fine. the keys are not stuck nor has anything happened to cause them to stop working. my laptop is a HP ENVY Notebook 15-as018tu. Processer Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.59 GHz. Windows 10 Home Version 22H2 OS build 19045.3086

Please use a can of compressed air to blow under those keys first

Thank you Banhien,
What will the can of compressed air do? how come shift ctrl alt don't work on their own but work fine when being used for different things as said in the main question? this itself makes me think it is a hardware issues because the command keys still work, just not for certain commands or on their own?
nothing has happened to my keyboard in regards to damage, nor are the keys "sticky" or dirty to need to be cleaned.. they just stopped working randomly one day but all the other keys are absolutely fine and work as they should.
And when I uninstall keyboard driver nothing happens it does not actually uninstall properly, and when checking the keyboard drivers it says "This device is working properly"?
I will try the compressed air, but after lots of trouble shooting already it appears to me to be a hardware issue not a physical/cosmetic issue and this is why I am asking if anyone knows what the next steps should be if it is a hardware issue?
Thank you for taking the time to reply to me though, I do appreciate your help and advice. I will update you re the can of compressed air.
Kind regards 🙂
