Hi,
After running a HP Hardware Diagnostics, I got an ID for battery failure: 0G832X-96RBBC-MFPW3G-C0CE03
Presumably, that is to do with the low storage capacity of the battery, as I received HP battery alert [Primary (internal) Battery (601)] a few times when starting it up since November.
If that is the case, could someone guide me to where I can get it repaired in the UK or find a replacement battery and provide a model number for this laptop please?

(1) Your battery is technically in bad shape.
Design Capacity: 42 WHr
Full Charge Capacity: 27 WHr (63%) !
The battery has already undergone numerous (241) charging cycles, but it has lost a lot of capacity overall

(1) Download and install BIOS Update

Why should you install the update ? https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4123786-2338478-16 Quote: " Updating the BIOS is recommended as standard maintenance of the computer. It can also help resolve the following issues: - An available BIOS update resolves a specific issue or improves computer performance. - The current BIOS does not support a hardware component or a Windows upgrade. - HP Support recommends installing a specific BIOS update. (2) Reboot
(3) Let BIOS be installed until it's completely done !
Before we decide whether you need a <new battery> or not ... |
(4) Download and install
HP Support Assistant (Microsoft Apps Store)
or
HP Support Assistant 9.19.52.0
or
HP Support Assistant | 9.20.22.0 Rev.A | 165.9 MB | Sep 30, 2022 |
(5) Start <HP Support Assistant>
- Run <Battery Check>
- Click on <Show advanced information>

Thanks for the advice and waiting. I was trying to convert the language into English, so took me a bit of time.
