HP Pavilion x360 – 14-cd0005ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP Pavilion x360 – 14-cd0005ng just one year old. Suddenly upon restart it had given error battery error 601 and asking me to replace the battery. Currently it is running on direct AC adapter and on the battery icon its showing Plugged In and 0% charge. The battery is not charging. Tried the method describe in  the below mentioned link

I have also tried to reinstall the window even then it´s not working.
In hp Battery check its asking me to replace the battery. Please help me in this regards

Appreciate you trying the steps. This is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the battery replacement. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
