- Fixes an issue where the system disconnects unexpectedly from a network when certain wireless LAN cards are used.
- The update to the BIOS is likely unrelated to the battery issue.
- Could be a failed battery, battery may need calibration, battery may be on a recall list.
Product:
4RE07EA — HP ENVY x360 - 15-cp0000na
Introduced (General Availability): July 2018
- Run the component tests on the battery (link below to UEFI diagnostics).
- If the system is in warranty (or even if it is not), and / OR if the battery is on a recall list, Contact HP Technical Support.

You are welcome.
I would guess there is something wrong in the charge system which includes the battery, the charger unit, and any connections are tacked to the board.
That the battery drains as soon as the computer is switched off seems to indicate either the battery is lying to you about its condition, that is, the battery is actually failing or is defective, or there is something draining the battery.
Certain conditions and / or components can drain the battery even when the computer is in an OFF condition; the drain should be somewhere around 3-5 percent a night and not a catastrophic loss of charge.
Example...
Brand new Spectre X360 Battery drains fast when off
Solution offered by Forum Provost Expert Big_Dave
This has reportedly worked for HP Envy 17t u100 CTO):
- Ensure the Power Plan power off button is set to shutdown (not the solution)
- Change settings in the BIOS:
- Disable fast boot (setting not needed with SSD)
- Disable USB charging port although nothing was plugged into the designated charging port.
- Disable Battery remaining time
- Command prompt (admin): exe /hibernate off
- Command prompt (admin): bcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes
NOTE:
This is not an HP provided "update". The idea is offered "as is" in hopes that it will help
Discussion, Continued...
Batteries can last as long as the standard warranty - one year for consumer grade systems that include a 1 year standard warranty and a bit longer for the batteries in business grade computers (longer warranty and perhaps better components in the more expensive business class machines).
How the battery is treated has much to do with how it performs. Lots of charges (cycles) can result in shorter overall battery life span. Batteries tend to live longer if they are not frequently drained and charged. (The ambiguous wording is deliberate, though there is evidence that batteries left plugged in may last longer, it is not a "given fact of life".)
Letting the battery drain too far (to nearly exhausted) can actually kill a battery - this means that if you let the battery drain past a certain point, it will never again charge properly. There is no fix for this except to replace the battery.
If you had not done so, check to make sure the charger is OK. I believe one of the component tests (in UEFI) might be for the charging system.
My Opinion
If the drain is indeed "catastrophic", that is, the battery completely discharges overnight, then you should perhaps consider contacting HP Support (particularly if the system is in warranty). If all else fails, consider replacing the battery.
I realize this may not be particularly helpful. The electrical system is not my area of exepertise.

Problem is solved: After 40h the battery has still 100% capacity.
What did I do:
- HW: I pluged out an USB-Ethernet Adapter (I think it needs power)
- BIOS: USB Charger disabled
- BIOS: Batterie remaining time was already off
- Admin: powercfg.exe /hybernate off
Thank you for your help

You are welcome.
Thanks for reporting back the details.
Makes sense that the USB uses power. If the adapter would work (and if you need the connection), consider using a powered USB hub. Look for one that has on / off switch if the feature appeals to you. I have not used one of these (powered USB hubs) for a while - as I recall, I was using a device by SIIG (name / brand?).
Happy Computing.
