I booted up my computer and ran a battery diagnostic test and got this failure code: RK0HBR-7L7A59-XD7WMG-C0DT03. Does anybody know what that means? Thanks

The only useful bits are as you have likely seen.
Anything "hidden" in the result code is available to HP Support.
RK0HBR-7L7A59-XD7WMG-C0DT03 | OK | xxxxxxxx | 6/17/20 | 601 | Power | AC Adaptor, Battery, Cache Battery Pack, Charger, Power Cord, Power Supply | Battery 1 |
Failure code = 601
If you have reason to believe more testing is needed, you can, for example, test the AC adapter.

Offhand, without this being an area of expertise...
The more glaring issue aside from the recommendation to "replace" is the age.
Battery is "past" prime life = Old
