hello there, I am year 7 student, I have multiple assignments due and my laptop (windows 11) has been BitLocker locked, I have put in my recovery key multiple times even with the school IT and it doesn't work, and I can't factory reset or boot my laptop. My school IT has told me to contact HP support as soon as possible because at the moment nothing is working and my assignments are all due. Please contact me as soon as possible because this is the last term of school and my reports are being published. I don't have any other device. thanks
