Product: HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-g188ca (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There are no bios downloads anywhere on the website, and I'm unable to contact support because my serial number is somehow invalid even though I have it right in front of my eyes on the box the laptop came in.

 

the boot sequence of the laptop was most probably corrupted after an update and i can't boot into anything but the bios. I have to download the bios on a usb stick but i can't find it anywhere.

Unfortunately, I do not believe that the problem is fixable.

Thanks for the link to the files. Unfortunately, the software provided crashes midway through saving files and I can't get anywhere from there.
