Do you have a windows 11 USB drive?

HP Recommended

if you do have one, shut down your laptop, once is completely off, click the power button and immediately tap the f10 key rapidly until your into the bios plug your usb drive in look for boot options move the usb bootable drive to the top of the list and then f10 to save and exit, once you get into the reinstall window for windows 11 follow the prompts to reinstall!

if your reinstalling windows, you should delete all the partitions and create a new one then install windows! once you delete the partitions it should look like the pic ima sendUnallocated space.png

Did that but when I get to the reinstall I get to page that says “ where do you want to load windows?” It the days can’t find a location. When I select load drivers option” it doesn’t find any drivers

Hi, @SAT740653

First run the hard drive diagnostics check (F2) and make sure the drive is good.

If the drive passes the diagnostics test, you can use the HP cloud recovery tool to reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

Your PC's product number is: 1G0E2UA#ABA
