HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-aw2000 (8UY97AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

When I boot up my laptop, a black screen pops up with an infinite loading loop. It has been like that for more than 5 hours. Sometimes, It also shows a black screen of death ( Image provided below ). My Laptop's Model is: "HP Spectre x360".

Thanks a lot for your prompt feedback.

1) I updated my OS from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and everything was working normally for several days. But today the laptop switched off and when I started it again I saw only the HP logo and message "Please wait". After several minutes the black screen of death appeared as in the photo below. Then after a couple of seconds the system restarts and again there is HP logo and "Please wait" on the screen. DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG.jpgPlease wait message.jpg

I tried it many times. As you can see from the photo below it opens Version 2.2.1.0 and not version 7.3.0.0. So in my case I even do not have a menu Symptom Test or System Test.Startup Menu.jpegHardware Diagnostics.jpeg
