Everytime I start my laptop from shutdown it says under the HP logo that it is repairing C: Drive and i am concerned that there may be a problem with my laptop. It is less than a year old and still under waranty so if anyone thinks there is a problem where could i go to have it repaired?

This is not a good sign. If Windows is "repairing" your drive frequently, that means the drive is failing and the more you use the PC, the sooner the drive is going to go out completely.
The problem is that a failing drive can not actually be repaired; instead, it has to be replaced. And if HP does that under the warranty, they will simply reimage a new drive and everything you currently have on the PC will be permanently gone.
For warranty replacement information, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.
