I don't know how happened but I believe that one of my kids put a password and now I getting this message ( Enter Administrator Password or Power On Password ) I understand that the password is from the Bios  I've been searching online and they have to hit OK 3 times to get a code and the code is (85386317) can somebody help me please Thank you

my new hp stream notebook locked itself up with my microsoft and hasnt bn accepting my microsoft password. what do I do?

Same thing has happened to mine. Its a blue screen saying enter administrator password or power on password. The code after trying three times is 72616009.
