Hello @hardikaghara
Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community !
I can see that you have posted "error on memory test" but the error code and the screenshots tell about Hard Disk Drive problem.
Since this is faulty HDD/hardware component, you will probably not be able to recover your files. If you want to attempt data recovery, please let me know and I may post additional instructions.
- Check the TKB article we have here in the Community about such issues you face now >> https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebooks-Knowledge-Base/Storage-Hard-Disk-Drive-corruption-and-replac...
- The PC is out of warranty, you will need to buy and replace the disk on your own. No worries, it is not expensive.
You can buy HDD or SSD from online or local tech stores, and replace it on your own or contact HP Authorized Service center for assistance.
Last part - once you replace the faulty HDD component - you will need to reinstall back your operating system
How to do it ? Let me know what is your operating system and I may provide assistance/details
Let me know how it goes. Provide an update or feedback.

Hi,
The Hardware failure code indicates that the Hard Drive has failed and needs to be replaced. You can replace it with another 2.5" SATA3 HDD of your choice or you could upgrade to a cheap SSD for performance gains, such as the Kingston A400 or similar.
You will then need to reinstall the OS on the new Drive.
Hope it helps,
David

Since the HDD has tested corrupted, there is no guarantee that you will be able to successfully extract your files. However, you might give it a try. You will only loose some time but it might work.
- Please, follow the instructions here >> https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Boot-and-Lockup/Startup-disk-error/m-p/7519579/highlight/fals...
Perhaps option 3 from the post would be most suitable for your case
Let me know how it goes - keep me posted
