Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am exhausted.. tried everything to reset password to my login HP laptop.  Some advice, is too technical, I used command prompt, username password but either laptop doesn't recognize the commands I entered or whatever, but it never goes to utility manager logo screen .plus a friend was helping, made ut worst, added an administrative password which u didn't ask her to do, if I was feeling crazy over this fir two days, i think she does want me to access my laptop. I'm locked out all my Google accounts, was hacked and victims

of fraud and identity theft, the laptop my last hope of getting into my Google account.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
