Ok,
You have 3 options I can think of
- If your PC/Windows is able to start despite the error code, then you just need to copy/paste the data to an external source
- If your PC is unable to start properly, actually if your Windows is unable to start properly but you still have access to the recovery partition via the F11 mechanism/button. Instead of using the F2 option for hardware diagnostics, use the Esc, then F11 option -> here are details >> https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/Windows-10-desktop-screen-not-f...
- If you are unable to start the Windows recovery F11, then you may attempt booting from a live environment / Linux based one -> try this suggestion here at the very bottom of the thread >>>> https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Boot-and-Lockup/HP-Envy-Not-Booting-Up/m-p/5906031#M103341
Note that the recovery of the data cannot be guaranteed if the HDD is faulty - based on the provided code. If it is faulty, it may be hard or impossible to access or exctract any data.
Hope this helps - let me know how it goes

Привет !
Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.
The error code you provided tells me that the hard disk drive (HDD) has failed. The problem looks like a hardware issue. Since this is faulty HDD/hardware component, you will probably not be able to recover your files. If you want to attempt data recovery, please let me know and I may post additional instructions.
- The code also tells me that your PC is out of warranty, so you will need to buy and replace the disk on your own.
- Check the TKB article about such issues >> https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebooks-Knowledge-Base/Storage-Hard-Disk-Drive-corruption-and-replac...
You can buy HDD or SSD from online or local tech stores, and replace it on your own or contact HP Authorized Service center for assistance. Refer to the product model service manual >> http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04823617
Last part - once you replace the faulty HDD component - you will need to reinstall back your operating system
Let me know how it goes. Provide an update or feedback.
